Attention:
Ok folks, I need a hobby! I am for sure not the craftiest person alive but I want to be more "crafty." I know how to crochet but don't really like it... So I am open. Well here are a few stipulations: it cant take forever, because I loose interest fast! And it cant cost a lot :) oh and cant involve cooking, i am hopeless in that area.

Um, I recall you making an AMAZING apple pie once, so do not claim that you can't cook! I think you should take up... sewing? You could make some pretty stinkin' cute baby clothes.
Sheri, you're nesting already! No hobby suggestions from me. I'm not exactly crafty.

making cards...love that and its always fun to have cute homemade cards on hand for any occasion.
Make the easiest blankets ever. Get some flannel maybe a yard or 1/2 a yard. Cut slits all around the edges and tie them in knots. Blanket done.
Paint. You can get all of the cheap stuff and if your painting sucks, call it abstract.
